Consultation - Free

In order to ascertain whether I am the right fit for you and your needs, I offer a free initial consultation. This provides you with the opportunity to meet with me for a full 55 minutes to discuss your goals, after which you can decide if you feel comfortable and confident in continuing your therapy with me.

If you decide during or after our initial consultation that you would like to continue your personal development with me, we can decide together how to move forward.

All sessions last 55 minutes and start on the hour.

Payment is due 24 hours prior to our sessions, via bank to bank transfer.

Reduced Rates and Pro-Bono Work

I understand that each individual that walks through my door has unique circumstances and needs, both in terms of their coaching and finances. 

For these reasons, I do have a limited number of reduced rate places. Please contact me for more information.
