About Me

Antonia da Silva Teixeira CSE, FRSA, FMAC, BA Hons (Cantab.), MA (Cantab.)

Although I work with all ages and abilities, my specialty is working with individuals suffering from trauma and anxiety, as well as adults, young adults, and adolescents with neurodevelopmental conditions, particularly autism spectrum disorders. I have extensive experience in providing personalized, evidence-based therapies to help my clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. I pride myself on having a strong track record in assessing complex socio-behavioural and neurodevelopmental issues, and helping people identify personal goals in order to achieve long term and meaningful change.

Alongside this work, I specialise in the mental health of individuals within family offices and foundations, where my expertise lies in helping families maintain strong relationships and a sense of purpose amidst significant wealth transfers across generations. This includes navigation of the psychological complexities that can arise from managing inherited assets and businesses allowing families to navigate change, resolve conflicts, and align on a shared legacy whilst prioritising communication and overall wellbeing.

In addition to my clinical expertise, I am also passionate about advocating for mental health awareness and accessibility. I actively participate in community outreach programs, pro-bono work, and contribute to research initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for those affected by mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions. I also have extensive experience across philanthropic projects globally at C-Suite level.

Prior to starting my career as a certified Therapeutic, Counselling and Coaching professional, I worked at J.P. Morgan as a Portfolio Manager in their Private Bank, and before that for Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking arm in Commodities. I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Art, a Fellow of The Association for Coaching, and an Accredited Member of The International Association of Therapists and The Complimentary Therapists Accredited Association. My qualifications include: Professional Counselling, Solution Based Counselling Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Master Practitioner, MOE Certified Coach, MHFA Mental First Aid, Professional Counselling for Children and Adolescents, Child Psychology, Advanced Level Psychology and Modern Applied Psychology. I hold a BA and MA from Cambridge University.

I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients and look forward to helping you.
