What is the difference between coaching and counselling?

If you imagine the human mind is like a garden. At all times we have to look after the garden, tend to the soil and water the plants. This is basic mental health and well-being. Sometimes, it is important to take a deeper look at the existing flora for any underlying issues and perhaps even pull out weeds. This could be said to be like counselling. Then, at other times we must plant new seeds and shoots to helps the garden flourish and to grow. This would be coaching. 



Can I book a free consultation?

I offer all my clients a free intake session or consultation. This is important as it provides you with the space to ask any questions you may have, as well as to establish whether my services are right for you.

If you're happy to continue we will set up a second session, and we'll arrange to see each other weekly at a time suitable for us both. 

The Agile Mind Consultancy offers in person, online and over the phone consultations and sessions.
